Arnica for sure and after ease tincture by wishgarden for the after pains. And nice squishy cloth pads (i like organic cotton velour ones). That and lots of rest are what i do.

I am new to cloth pads but I do have like 7 of them. I am a little scared to start for the first time with pp bleeding. I don't bleed much so we will see how it goes I have a few postpartum ones with icepacks thanks!

I haven't had a girdle type support so I am not sure. They make larger ace bandages but an ankle one would work for a small person.

Floradix for hemoglobin was a lifesaver for me. Also witch hazel with lavender essential oil.
