Not necessarily! With DD I pushed for over 3 hours, with DS1 it was only about 1.5 hours, with DS3 I only pushed for about 20mins.

AFM: finished the hat that is with a cocoon pattern (cuz I have to wait til tomorrow to get shorter circular needles for that), and this hat is huge! but it's pretty much the same as all the "nb" size patterns I can find online... just not sure how that's supposed to work out. Grr.
