Re: Age gap between your children?

20 months apart and 16 months apart.

I like that they are close together in age most of the time but sometimes those certain stages they go through can wear on you when you go through it for 3-4yrs straight. Just when you think its finally over, nope here comes the next one doing that same thing. I'm already stock piling my medications to keep me sane for the teenage years.

Re: Age gap between your children?

DS and DS2 will be 15mo apart and I wouldn't have it any other way... I'm so excited for them to be close in age, but close play mates too!

I'm already planning no3 just don't tell DH! hahaha.

Both were surprises, DS2 I got pregnant with while I was breastfeeding DS1 & on BC... go figure! I'm just fertile I guess.

My stepson and daughter are 6 years apart. Obviously I didn't plan that, lol...but it's actually worked out brilliantly. He's a fabulous and helpful big brother.

Now this baby and Gianna will be 3 years apart. I'll LYK how that goes. If I can Gia out of diapers, I think it'll go swimmingly!

Re: Age gap between your children?

DD#1 and DD#2 are 12 months apart.

DD#2 and DS are 6 years apart

DS and DD#3 are 21 months apart

DD#3 and DD#4 are 17 months apart

DD#4 and DD#5 will be 2 years 8 months apart.

They are 12, 11, 5.5, almost 4, 2.5 and due in november.

I enjoy all the spacing we have, for us there is no "perfect" spacing, they come when they want...

Re: Age gap between your children?

Mine are 2 years and exactly 2 weeks apart. Obviously it wasn't planned because dd is our foster daughter, not bio. We had always hoped for kiddos close in age but after having ds, we understood why people waited and wanted to just have that time with their first. It has been a really difficult transition for ds but he doesn't take any kind of change well so it would have been hard for him not matter what age he was. He LOVES his sissy and asks for her first thing when he wakes up and has to give her the last kiss before he goes to bed at night. If we end up getting to adopt her, I really hope that they end up being friends and playmates like my brothers and I were. We still all love to be around each other and love to chat on the phone and catch up and we are spaced - 2 yrs 11 months between my oldest and middle bros and 1.5 years between my middle bro and I. My mom says it was really hard to have us all little together but she also says that so much of that had to do with my brothers temperments and both of them being super busy kiddos.
