RG Natural Babies has free shipping on orders over $60, detergent is free shipping with $100 or more orders and reduced shipping at different price points under $100. Some of the diapers and diaper covers ship for free, it is in the listing if it will ship for free. They also have a layaway program, if you need it, I'm not sure if other sites offer this just noticed it here. They usually have some of the lower price points that I have found too.
