For the first two is has been 100% wrong since it predicted they would both be girls. It is predicting #3 to be a girl also so I'm going to just keep thinking I'm having another boy.

Re: Chinese Gender Predictor

It predicted two boys with me and I have two beautiful baby boys! However, I do think people can easily mis-read it because for the first 3mo of pregnancy no2 I mis read it thinking it kept saying "girl" and it was actually boy. I wasn't following the colors/lines well enough.

It said 1st was supposed to be a boy. She's not. Said 2nd was supposed to be a girl. He's not. Said third was supposed to be a boy. He is. Said 4th was supposed to be a girl. He's not. I didn't even bother to try with this one, cause 1/4 correct is not even as accurate as my FIL dream predictions.

I think people often misread it because you're supposed to use your Lunar age at the time of conception(age +9mo). But, mine was still half and half. It was right with ODS, wrong with YDS.

Yes, this. There is a website calculator that allows you to calculate your lunar age and compare it to the chinese calendar. http://www.chinesegenderchart.info/

Well going by my "lunar age" (which sucks I hate anything that makes me older lol) I shouldve had a girl and I have a boy, however if I go by my actual age at the time of conception it would have been right.

We dont know the gender yet for this bean, but it predicts a girl regardless of my actual or lunar age, as long as my conception month is correct. we could have conceived either month since it was toward the end/beginning of the months.

Even if it were correct for me, I personally would not hold any stock in the chinese lunar calendar.

What's the theory behind the CLC anyway?

Yes and No.
1st time it was hard to say, I ovulated on the 31st so it really could have gone either way for us. Based on my LMP it was correct, but based on when fertilization would have occurred it was wrong, kwim?
This time the prediction was correct because my lmp started on the 1st of the month.
