I think it's pretty normal, but the more you act wierded out by it, the more she'll probably wonder. I would be very matter of fact about it, this is your brother's penis, you, your sister & I have a vagina. Bottom line. Maybe ask her to get you a wipe or toy for him to play with and distract him rather than have her sitting there staring ya know? I only have boys but I know that when I babysat for a girl my boys were kinda like
and my friends' kids who have opposite genders were the same way. Dr Sears probably talks about it on his website or some other parenting site touches on it.

I would say this is completely normal. How old is your new baby? It's natural for little ones to point out the differences they see. Just keep being honest with her and I'll bet she loses the fascination in a little while.
