Thought I would start another one of these threads in the past it has given me some great Idea's. We are having apricot glazed pork chop's,rice pilaf & pea's. for dessart we are having fresh strawberries and angelfood cake with whip cream.

Oven Fried Bone in Pork chops...with a pan gravy. Parmesan Lemon Orzo, Green Beans, and French bread...

wow. yalls dinner sounds great! we had leftover burrito and chips n salsa. And I imagine Ill have a bowl of chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream after the LO goes to bed.

we had turkey sammies with sprouts, tomatoes, cheese and some pretzels and rice krispie treats
i did cook yesterday chicken pot pie and spaghetti squash

We had the zucchini alfredo recipe that someone posted in another thread (it's on allrecipes.com) with some sauteed chicken thrown in. Quick and easy and the kids love it.

I made a skillet dish...threw in chicken, mushrooms, eggplant, coconut milk, arrowroot, nutritional yeast, brown rice, olive oil and seasoned it with cumin and garlic. It was gone within minutes! LOVE my skillet dishes!

We had baked chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and asparagus from a can (dd picked out the can of asparagus). lol
