Weekly menu thread ?

Where did it go ? I'm starting to menu plan again and would love some ideas but I can't seem to find the thread .... Could we start it again ?

I couldn't find it either. Maybe we can get this one going and "sticky" it. I'll play, anyway.

Sunday: baked spaghetti and meat sauce, salad, garlic toast
Monday: leftovers from Sunday (I had girls night out!)
Tuesday: grilled BBQ chicken, roasted veggies with garlic sauce, cornbread
Wednesday: stir fry, rice, pineapple
Thursday: KY Hot brown, salad (carrots and ranch for the kiddos)
Friday: Mexican chicken casserole, chips and homemade salsa

Oh I love these!

Sunday: Shrimp scampi with angel hair plus garlic bread and salad
Monday: Turkey burgers, honey mustard, baked beans
Tuesday: Mac & cheese and fried polish sausage (easy and cheap)
Wednesday: Leftover turkey burgers with french fries
Thursday: going out before the circus!
Friday: Pizza and salad
Saturday: pollo asada tacos with cilantro, onion and salsa plus rice and beans

Great!! I really need the ideas this week. I can't seem to pull it together for some reason. lol

Sunday: Chicken and Rice for church picnic
Monday: Salmon Burgers and Summer Squash
Tuesday: Tilapia, pirogies and mixed veggies

I'm pretty much stumped for the rest of the week. Our freezer stockpile is pretty low. We're out of red meat and down to pork, chicken and fish. I think if I serve fish one more time this week, DH will blow!! lol But he doesn't care for chicken or pork, sot hat makes it tough.

I don't have enough variety in mine but this is what I got so far .
Stuffed shells ,
sloppy Joe
chicken fried steak ,
Italian chicken with balsamic sauce ,
enchiladas ,
Fall apart boston butt roast ,
jumbalaya with shrimp and
skillet dish .

We don't do it by day, because dh's schedule changes daily, even that day things can change. So I like to keep it fluid and mix easy meals with big meals.

This week:
Today we had roast with potatoes, carrots, celery, green peppers, and fresh bread and homemade butter and honey butter
Tomorrow we're going to have beef soup (leftover roast) with homemade pasta, watermelon for dessert, and bread and butter

Tortillas, tortilla chips, refried beans and carne asada steak (everything made from scratch) with red peppers, clementines for dessert

Homemade pasta primavera, with sugar snap peas, carrots, green and red peppers, herb rolls, and lemonaid (if I find my juicer )

Ravioli with marinara (can you tell I have my new pasta maker, my durum wheat is OTW, and I have my grain grinder? LOL), french garlic bread, cherries for dessert

Sesame chicken stir fry and veggies, peaches for dessert

Egg in the hole sandwiches, and bacon, clementines for dessert

Pizza night (we have a few frozen in the freezer in case I need a quick meal. Uusually they are made form scratch, but since we've only been here 2 weeks, they are Papa Murphy's. )

You could always title the thread by the week so we can see it and post for that week ie; menu plan 8/18- 8/25 or whatever. That way it doesn't getto long or lost
