Interested in Rice/Pasta salad (and else) that can be eaten cold (for kids lunches)

Is there a thread somewhere what else can be put in bento lunches besides all veggies, fruits, bread....do you have some kid friendly recipes?

your kids eat so much different food, that's incredible!
2 of my 3 older kids are so extremely picky....I don't know why....but it makes it so difficult.
Thanks for your ideas, but I know 2 children who would not touch some of it *sigh*

I plan on making rice and stir fries into cute molds for my son. Would your kids eat that? The ideas for stirfries are endless!

my girls love pie dough put into tiny muffin molds with a little bit of meat in there (like a small meat pie, I also make them double crusted in regular muffin tins
mini meatloaves in muffin tins (you could put a tiny mozzerella ball inside of each to them
mini quiches
tortillas with herb cream cheese turkey and cheese and rolled up and cut like sushi rolls

Thank you! And again, I envy you that your kids are not picky at all.....I wanna try the tortillla wraps with different things in there. That sounds yummy!!!

my two oldest will eat anything my youngest is PICKY like some days she likes chicken and some she doesn't type of picky
