I just wanted to pop in and share this! I found this recipe on allrecipes.com (Roasted and Curried Butternut Squash Soup) and it is SO GOOD

I've made it several times and I love it (I am not a vegetarian and honestly, pretty much hate veggies

), my vegetarian husband LOVES it and my 18 month old daughter also gobbles it up. We're having it for dinner tonight because it really feels like fall here today...yippee!
