Re: green grapes ?
Make wine! I am just kidding. I am not sure what you could do with them but they do taste very yummy when they are frozen. My mom always did that for us and it was better than a popsicle.

Re: green grapes ?
Ya, I was thinking of freezing some of them, but 16 lbs? I'm not sure we would eat that many frozen. I did use a few in apple-grape jelly. Could you use them in making applesauce? Or would that just be weird? hmm...oh dear. lol.

Re: green grapes ?
I've never done it but I googled it looks like the fastest is a food dehydrator. Or could make grape juice too?

Grape Salad is supper yummy!!
http://www.food.com/recipe/best-grape-salad-35450 The recipe calls for 2 lbs of green and two lbs of red, but I would use all green since you have them.

Re: green grapes ?
Yup, make grapesicles and raisins with them. if you have small shish kabob sticks, you can alternate grapes and cheese in them. The kids go crazy at eating grape kabobs, at least mine do.
