Since I started BFing my nipples are HUGE! Like huge, they stick through my shirt. I wear a bra a tank and a shirt over that and they still pop through! Am I doomed of a life with THO forever?

LOL I wondered the same thing when i started BFing my DD... They stayed big and at full attention for a lOOOOOOOOOng time... I'd say around 18 months or so when DD was cutting back on frequency pretty drastically due to a total drop in supply because I was preggo. They started calming down some. Now, DD nurses 3 times a day, I'm 38.5weeks pregnant, and the nips are softer now, but they still have a tendency to poke through a little if I'm only wearing a nursing tank or something. Hopefully when BF is done with altogether the girls will settle down a little bit more!

I nursed DS for 13 months and was done in July '09. My nipples have never flattened/smoothed out again.
