What do you do when someone sells you a bad item?

I am sorry to hear that happened to you. When I first joined DS the first of the year, I bought a wet bag that was supposed to have been in good condition, and it wasn't. Being new I didn't have the guts to say anything and I still haven't just because of not wanting to cause a big scene. So I know how you feel.

If you can't be honest about the product and/or service, then why is the negative feedback there as an option? I'm one that has a hard time leaving negative feedback (I'm still contemplating it). I'm somewhat in the same situation. I felt like I was wronged, but I'm waiting for her to respond back. Hopefully she'll pm soon.

Please don't feel bad about leaving feedback. Its vital that everyone leaves feedback, good and bad. I know how everyone feels about leaving neg feedback, but sometimes you just gotta be the "bad guy" I know I feel like that running DS sometimes, but you gotta do what you gotta do right?

I bought something from someone on the old DS board and decided to wait till this one was up to leave feedback (we were in transistion), I cant find her on this board. how do we tell if someone has changed their name. I tried to leave feedback on the old board but it wouldnt let me. I need to leave this feedback.

I just sold a cover of FSOT (only $4 ppd) and the mamma hated it. I refunded her the full amount and let her keep it, with no problem (it will probably end up on ffs). I'd tell the mamma that unless she'll give you a refund and you return it, or a partial refund and you'll keep it, then you'll have no choice but to leave negative feedback.

I always accept returns for any reason. Any at all. That is junk. But I am bad with leaving negative feedback too.

A mamma here sent me a brand new dipe that had a couple of holes it in. She offered to send me a new one or give me a full refund plus pay for my shipping it back to her. I believe that is the right way to handle the situation. Leaving neg. feedback is appropriate in this situation. I've had some neutral situations where I ended up not leaving feedback but I think this is pretty clear cut!
