Need recipe for stuffed noodels?

I bought some big noodles and wanna make them stuffed with something.. I need a goood recipe!!! Anyone got one??

You can stuff them with cheese like stuffed shells..

I would use a big container of ricotta and a small container of cottage cheese and 2 cups of shredded mozzarella. Mix together and add 2 eggs and about a tsp. of Italian seasonings.. stuff into shells and bake with a cup of water and a big jar of spaghetti sauce (or make your own).. Bake 425 degrees for 1hr.

Or you could stuff it with meat.. I would do 2lb.s cooked and crumbled hamburger meat with about a cup shredded mozz. and 2 eggs. tsp. italian spices.. stuff'em and bake at 425 degrees for an hr.

oh you could add some minced garlic too! mmmm,lol.. about a tsp...

Yes, that's what we do. Just ricotta or cottage cheese, a little parsely or italian seasoning, some mozz cheese and stuff away. Then lay in a pan with some sauce on the bottom, top with sauce and cheese.
