I bought and paid for an item on here but hadn't received it yet so on day 10 I emailed and asked when it was shipped. I didn't get a response and now it is day 14 and no response or package. So my question is, "How long is too long?"

Okay so I wasn't even sure how to check any of that, I'm fairly new here. I did figure it out and it looks like my seller has not been on here since I paid??? What is a mod? Thank you for taking the time to reply

having this problem well a little more complicated...paid got the package and it was missing one insert/soaker contacted her siad she'd have it sent asap and now its been since January 24th she sent me that response...I have pmd twice with no response and still haven't recieved...don't mean to be a pain I understand people have issues but this is taking too long to resolve

the last message I sent her was this past saturday and before that was Tuesday the 8th

contact a mod. They can help get things resolved very quickly
