Birth weight vs coming home weight?

My oldest was 8 pounds even at birth (39w3d), not sure of weight at discharge 48 hours later.

Youngest was 4lbs 9oz at 32w1d, and was 6lbs 6oz at discharge 31 days later.

Baby A: at birth: 4lb8oz in hospital: 30 days coming home: 5lb 6oz
Baby B: at birth: 3lb5oz in hospital: 28 days coming home: 4lb14oz
Baby C: at birth 3lb4oz in hospital: 28 days coming home: 4lb11oz

My preemie DD was born at 33w5d at 5lbs 5oz and came home 9 days later (35w GA) at 5lbs 1oz.
