My oldest was 8 pounds even at birth (39w3d), not sure of weight at discharge 48 hours later.
Youngest was 4lbs 9oz at 32w1d, and was 6lbs 6oz at discharge 31 days later.

Baby A: at birth: 4lb8oz in hospital: 30 days coming home: 5lb 6oz Baby B: at birth: 3lb5oz in hospital: 28 days coming home: 4lb14oz Baby C: at birth 3lb4oz in hospital: 28 days coming home: 4lb11oz |

My preemie DD was born at 33w5d at 5lbs 5oz and came home 9 days later (35w GA) at 5lbs 1oz.

My little one was born at 31w6d at 2lbs 6oz (1080g) and left the hospital 50 days later at 6lb 1oz.

Our guy was 26 weeks to the day and 1.5lbs when he was born. He was 4 months when he came home and was 3lbs 8oz.
