I am happy to take responsibility for what I ship but I DON'T like being told what I can and cannot use

In several hundred items shipped in manilla envies not one has been ruined or lost. Shouldn't the rule be if you use manilla envelopes you are responsible?

I'm sorry you feel that way, it makes it a little easier for us Admin who have to mediate situations where sellers either fight us or just disappear and leave the buyer left with nothing. I wish more would take responsibility but unfortunately it is hard to get most sellers to even admit they were at fault for improper packaging.

A co-op for them would be pretty cool, maybe post it in the co-op chat and see if a host wants to pick it up and see if this company will do wholesale. That would be really great, I have never seen those eco ones, looks really good.

so, is a manila envelope strengthened all around with packing tape okay? I frequently run out of polymailers, and this is what I do for smaller items in that event.

I had used them before with the item in something secondary inside (either plastic grocery bag, bubble wrap, box. Although I have tapes issues - I'm one of those people that get talked about b/c you have to take a pair of scissors and "operate" on one of my package to get it open. I would prefer to still have the option but if its a rule I will absolutely follow it.

Me too - b/c I just packed and labeled a bubble one today and I didn't want to take it apart.
