What did you buy: "THE" BALM", "Juice those wipes" and "Fresh out of the tub"
How was the customer service: Fabulous! She actually found me after I posted a question about cloth-safe diaper ointment due to DD having a nasty rash! Super helpful!
Review of the product: Can't say enough positive about the "Balm"! My DD has a hemangioma on her labia and it was starting to ulcerate from rubbing on her diaper (common per our ped but distressing for mama!). We use the "Balm" at every diaper change and not only did it heal the ulceration and rash that was starting (super sensitive skin) but it has kept it from ulcerating since! Juice those wipes is super easy to use, has a fantastic smell and a little goes a long way! Fresh out of the tub is great if you use it with a foaming pump, gentle on even the most sensitive skin.
Any additional comments: Love that the containers are all reusable and everything is cloth-diaper safe!
Would you do business with them again? I actually have! Bought 3 more jars of the "Balm" at the beginning of December! Since we use it at every change, I don't want to run out, plus I gave one to a friend who's grandson has eczema and had a nasty diaper rash...worked like a charm! Plan to buy more for a friend that is expecting in July and plans to use cloth!

What did you buy: "THE" BALM, "THE" BALM Island Fresh... I also had the "Nipple Soother" but did not end up breastfeeding so I can't review that.
How was the customer service: Great! She shipped quickly and had wonderful communication.
Review of the product: I used "THE" BALM on my belly, although, I delivered early and only got to use it for a week. It smells a bit medicinal and I felt a bit self conscious for half an hour or so after putting it on. However, it felt wonderful and definitely moisturized well.

I use "THE BALM" Island Fresh on my baby any time she's getting red and it also works very well.

I didn't get a chance to use the "Nipple Soother" because my baby never got the hang of nursing.

Would you do business with them again? Definitely.

How was the customer service: Great communication, fast shipping, and great follow-up.

Review of the product: I have to be honest and say I am NOT a fan of the smell of Tea Tree Oil. The product itself is absolutely amazing. I scraped up the backs of my legs in my pool. I put this stuff on and the next day I was fine. I also purchased the second incarnation with the tropical scent. It smells loads better than the original (again, I'm not a fan of Tea Tree smell), and when I got a wicked sunburn, I put this on, and the next day, although I was still a little red, I didn't hurt at all.

Any additional comments: This has totally helped with the dry skin on my legs. My only complaint is that I can't buy a gallon jar of it :)

Would you do business with them again? Most definitely.

Review of the product: I really like the smell. I use it mostly for rasor burn and sometimes as a deoderant. It works amazingly for both of those!
Any additional comments: I really like the glass container but sometimes it's really hard to open when I closed it up tight, so I just had to learn to not close it all the way, LOL!
Would you do business with them again? Of course!

Review of the product: Both products are great, smell wonderful and last a long time. We use THE Balm on dry skin and red bum and it works wonders. We love it.

Review of the product: Love "THE" BALM, it's great for dry skin, rashed skin, and as a protector.

How was the customer service: Great! She answered my questions and concerns promptly and also I love how open she is about her ingredients...and she's super friendly!
Review of the product: The best CD safe balm I've tried....I will always keep it around. Exceptionally soothing for LOTS of minor first aid things too! And, especially coming from a Mama with alLergies and asthma, the low key pleasant earthy fragrance of this is awesome!!!
Any additional comments: buy this...you won't regret it!!
Would you do business with them again? YES! Like, today in fact!

How was the customer service: Excellent. Responds to emails quickly and clearly.

Review of the product: Honestly, I was a little hesitant in using this at first as I wasn't sure it was going to work. At first I used it on days that I was working around the house so that if I got stinky, it wasn't a big deal I could hop in the shower. Well I've been using it on stressful trips away from home while pregnant (get stinky faster when preggo!) as well as working out at the gym or playing in the warm weather at the beach and it works fantastically. It smells so good! My delicate, easily irritated skin has been doing wonderful with this product. It's like a creamy lotion just for your pits!

Would you do business with them again? Yes!

Review of the product: It was great, it worked but honestly I couldn't stand how it smelled. I felt like gagging every Time I opened the container. But that is mostly a personal preference.
