Re: Rrl tea?
I used traditional medicinals or Yogi. Whichever Whole Foods had on sale!

Re: Rrl tea?
you can get a POUND for $12.50 here and it's organic!!
http://www.starwest-botanicals.com/category/1-red-raspberry-leaf/ you'll spend $4 on a box from the store and i think they are 3 ounces of tea that will last you a few days. a pound will last you the rest of your pregnancy, maybe beyond. i highly recommend drinking this. i drank throughout my pregnancy, a lot towards the end. i had a pain-free birthing experience and we had a home birth, no meds. i really think it strengthens your uterus because my labor was super quick.

Re: Rrl tea?
I started drinking traditional medicinals yesterday at 35 weeks at the recommendation of my midwife, starting with 2 cups per day.

I ordered from bulk herb store, they have a mama blend that includes something for swelling as well as mint so it tastes great. Something I can't say for other brands! I still drink it as iced tea now that I am post partum and will once my cycles start back up.

Re: Rrl tea?
I got a huge bag from Frontier through my coop. They also sell it on Amazon. I only spent $7 and got a ton. Probably will last me a few months or more!
