Re: what is your best remedy for morning sickness?

Coconut water by the bed - drank about 8oz before getting up. Taking my prenatals at night instead of in the morning helped a ton, too. Ginger actually made me feel nauseous.

I actually didn't have morning sickness at all, but I hear a lot of moms swear by B6.
Ha! I craved TB this time around as well, but swear I can smell the bleach in the tortillas now. What has helped me this time is lemonade any type.

Unisom, taken at night was the only thing that kept me from feeling nauseous (although earlier in pregnancy it only took the edge off). I'm still taking it at 30 wks.

Zofran was the only thing that worked with dd. So far I am good with this one. I don't remember when my ms started with her. I was actually afraid to get preggo again because of the horrid 40 week, 24 hours a day sickness I had!

Popsicles, the rocket pops worked great as well as preggy pop drops. This time around I am just queasy so far, I am going to ask the ob for an rx of zofran though, I want to be prepared.

Re: what is your best remedy for morning sickness?

THanks Mamas!! I'm leaning to zofran myself again. WOuld you take an out of date zofran to hold you over until you get a new prescription? My doula from baby #5 says ginger tea - but the thought of it just makes me cry. I have had so much ginger tea in past preggos - can't even stand the thought of it anymore.
I bought some real lemonade today, but even the thought of that made me go ugh. Not a sour person. SO far I have managed okay and the kids haven't noticed (trying to keep it a secret until a bit further on), but we're early in this yet. The worst is yet to come!!
I'll look for B6, and zofran!
