Vitamins/supplements for labor prep

Oooo thanks for posting this thread! I will be 30wk on Sunday and have been wondering what I could be starting to help prep for labor. I've been taking RRL tablets for about 6wks now, so these other suggestions are great! I will be looking into them for sure!

ETA, anything special/different for a VBAC momma?

I'm a VBAC mama!

I did RRL tea, EPO capsules both orally and vaginally.

I would have personally done the Dr Christopher's Birth Prep, BUT it contains one of the cohosh's and I was cautioned regarding that because I had PIH which turned into preeclampsia and the cohosh's often interfere with high blood pressure and BP medication.
