My CR determinated after 2 uses

I bought 3 comfy rumps a few months before the baby was born and only started to use them this week and one after two washes delaminated! Granted I washed them in hotter water than the label says, it says something like 35C and I wash everything in 60C/120F but none of my other PUL has delaminated. Am I using too hot of water? I'm glad I didn't buy any more. I need my diapers to last for more than one child or it's not worth it money wise.
