I just love their bags but refuse to deal with the outlet madness because of that very issue. Why can't they figure this issue out? I wonder if they do it on purpose???? Lol!

I got a Daisy Dewdrop Wistful Weekender bag...I didn't have any problems getting it, but I also waited until later in the afternoon to try.
