omg, when does "morning sickness" end??

Well, you'd think I would already know the answer to this question, but clearly I also have a severe case of momnesia...

Please please tell me when this wretched all day sickness and debilitating fatigue will end....?!?

Thank you

Re: omg, when does "morning sickness" end??

It should be over with by the time you reach 40 weeks.

With DS, it was gone by 14 weeks; this time, I still get occasional nausea and I'm 25 weeks now. It started getting a lot better by 18 weeks, though.

Re: omg, when does "morning sickness" end??

I had a little bit with my first...but that was partially to do with the fact that I wasn't eating when I took my prenatal tabs.... gross. None with my second...and SUPER bad with numbers three and four here (32 weeks right now) I found that mine went away at about 12 weeks. Rest lots...drink water if you can (I used to have to have flavored). Try ginger tea (some ginger root in hot water) or peppermint candy. That seemed to help me!

Good luck!

In my first 3 pregnancies it was until birth... with this one it has been mostly gone since week 13... still occasional bouts of nausea but not too often. Good luck momma!
