Re: omg, when does "morning sickness" end??

I started feeling better around 10w... not saying I was awesome, but I could eat more than ice cream and Teddy Grahams. (Highly suggest the Teddy Grahams, btw. They're little and bite-sized, so you can just nibble a couple a time whenever it seems likely to stay down.) It was a couple more weeks before I could eat like a normal person again, but I was so grateful for ANY improvement at that point that I almost didn't care. (Also, my mom had HG all the way through both her pregnancies, so I was beyond grateful that I wasn't going to follow that trend.)

Apparently a diet of Teddy Grahams and ice cream can make you lose ten pounds. Why the heck didn't I figure that out ten years ago?!

Peppermint tea was also awesome. It helps settle the stomach, and it gets some liquid in you at the same time.

Hope you feel better soon!

Mine didn't end with dd until a few days after she was born. I am 14 weeks now and still going strong! Can't hold anything down all day unless I take zofran.

Well, I may be feeling like hell, but at least I'm laughing now, thank you for that!
