Do I adjust the rise?

DS is having a lot of leaks through the legs. He's almost 19lbs, unsure of his height, but he was on the shorter side, and I have his BGs on the medium rise. Should I take it back down to the smallest setting?
Thanks!

OJ that didn't help. I put his Tots CD on the smallest and he leaked horribly out the legs within the hour.
I'm starting to consider selling my stash.

If it fits comfortably on the smallest rise give it a shot. Also check to see if its an absorbency issue. If the diaper is soaked when leaking then that could be the issue.

ETA: Are your diapers repelling?

Is it on tight enough at the legs & waist. Adjusting the waist closures can help close up any leg gaps. Also, do you have enough absoption in the inserts you are using. You may need a doubler.

What do you mean by repelling?

Should I start putting the newborn insert with the regular one?

Repelling is when the diaper won't absorb so it leaks. Some reasons diapers repel are detergent buildup, using softeners or the wrong type of detergent, etc

ETA: At your LOs age, I would def add the newborn insert also.
