Mastitis again???!

I had mastitis about a week ago, the antibiotics cleared it up in 4-5 days. Today I started feeling pain in my left breast, it feels sore to even touch and even if I don't touch it it hurts. My house is really warm & I usually sweat and open a window for air but I'm now freezinggggggg even when I have layers and layers of clothes and blankets on me! could this be mastitis again!?
The painful area of my breast is red and hot but as often as I pump and feed him not much comes out of that breast! It's frustrating. Any advice ladies? What does this sound like to you?

It could be Just make sure the baby is nursing very often on that side!! Try diff positions to be sure the best is being drained well.

What kind of nursing pads are you using? It's important to make sure that your niples can breath. Wear cotton or other natura fiber nursing pads with no PUL backing, and change them or turn them around as soon as they get wet. It also might help to wear all natural fiber braws and shirts. Also try not using any niple creams like lanolin to keep your skin as breathable as possable. I also started to develope a little pain in my breast and it wasn't producing much milk. I just massaged it out and it went away. It hurts a lot but it worked for me as long as it's done as soon as possable to prevent it form getting worse. I hope this was some help to you!
