Just curious if after you post negative feedback and then the problem resolved if there is a way to remove the negative feedback you left. I know it shouldnt take negative feedback to resolve an issue but sometimes that is what it takes. I know on ebay you can both mutually agree to remove the negative feedback. How do you handle those situations on here? Thanks

You may be able to edit the feedback, I could have sworn I set that as an option. If not, I can do it for you.

Do you mean remove the rating all together?

Either removing it all together or like ebay does the seller and buyer can mutually agree to remove it. I know after leaving neg feedback sometime they later end up fixing the problem.
