What bc are you using while breastfeeding?

We're currently using diaphragm and condoms. DS is three and a half months and EBF so we may be safe, but not taking any chances after reading some of the stories on here.

None. I was too nervous to mess with my supply. First ppaf at 10 months, dd is almost 13 months. We have both said if we get pg again then we get pg again. We want 2 kids, would prefer to wait till dd is 2.5-3 yrs to start really trying but then we also think maybe closer in age is good too, so I don't know! NTNP for now.

Condoms. I have a hx of pulmonary emboli and can not be on any form of hormonal birth control...I wouldn't even if I could. I know too many people that have had an IUD (Paragard) failure and I wasn't 100% comfortable with the risks so condom it is for us.

I got the rod at 6 weeks postpartum and it has worked wonderfully. DS is 4 months and EBF.

My cycle returned at 7 weeks postpartum even though my LO is EBF. :/ We are using condoms and I am tracking my cycle. Just started temping a few days ago.
