Waldorf doll owners-a little help, please
Can anybody measure a 15" or 16" doll for me? I have time to crochet a quick project & would like to make a couple pair of longies for the "in progress" doll for DD. I'd need waist, rise, & inseam. TIA!

This is for American Girl doll that is closer to 18" so maybe just make the legs shorter. |

who is the maker?? it widely ranges depending on the maker and how they make the legs and arms.

Re: Waldorf doll owners-a little help, please
the 16 in weir that I made for DD turned out to be 18in when I was done. Kara did yours too?
I can measure the one I made once I get the sleeping babe off my lap

Re: Waldorf doll owners-a little help, please
just measured Kezia's Betsy. waist - 12ish, rise over a dolly diaper - 10, inseam could do 5 or 6 depending on if the doll is going to wear shoes. I'd prefer a 6in for Betsy b/c she never wears shoes (too easily lost)
Kezia & Betsy (before Betsy had hair so she's wearing a little cap. now she has an orange boucle short wig) fits perfectly in UTN preme clothes & zutano itzy bitzy

& you are very welcome. I'm happy to help. Be sure to let your DP know that when she's done the doll not to be surprised if it is a little closer to 18in than 16in. I made this doll from the 16in kit w/ the presewn body & she's 18& how cool that you are each doing a part for the doll. what a special gift. I want to see a picture when you are done
