Re: The "whatever happened to ..." thread

I was going to post a pic of my beautiful girly stash from 2003 lol, but the batteries in my mouse on the right computer are dead and I can't get at them.

Oh wow, I've tried them all. My favorites were Elbees covered with a Kiwi Pie wrap. SO trim. After I sold my Elbees my holly grail was Panda Tushies, again with a kiwi pie wrap, or a royal bunz soaker. Ohh I wish I hadn't sold my awesome stash. lol

Re: The "whatever happened to ..." thread

I started cded from 2002 to 2007. I was never able to score most of the diapers you ladies have mentioned, but Carrie, I remember how crazy all of the moms over on Mothering were about your Sugar Peas! I did have one of your wool covers once and loved it.

I miss Becky at Lucy's Hope Chest. I could always order as many diapers as I wanted, and she would do anything I asked to make them just perfect for us. I might have to wait a few weeks, but I knew I could get my whole stash at once instead of stalking in hopes of getting one diaper at a time.

And, I miss Very Baby AIOs. I may get busy and make my own if we are blessed to conceive, but it was easier to just order them.

It makes me sad to see WAHMs go, but I know life happens. I was Bum Huggers wool soakers, but when late dh passed I just couldn't keep up with a bunch of kiddos and that, too. The orders were overwhelming, and when I figured all my time I only profited about $4 per hour. It was just fun.

Blue Lake Diapers used to make awesome Very Baby AIO's for newborns. I love them and I am *so* happy I kept mine from 2009, because she closed up shop after that. They are my favorite AIO on my newborn now.

Yes, BLue Lake was my favorite VB WAHM.

What happened to Natural Babies?
