This sounds really strange but taking your placenta works. Unless you saved it, it wouldn't help you now but maybe if you had another baby?

One of my friends swears by rescue remedy. You can get it in tincture form or spay form. She says it works wonders. GL mama

I took Zoloft while breastfeeding. It was like a 180 degree difference in my mood within 48 hours of my first dose. Hugs to you, mama. I know PPD is so very hard.

I just recently started taking B12 and it really, really helps me. I've also heard going gluten free can help

Fwiw, I took Zoloft during pregnancy and have taken it since, and I still bf my 19 mo old. Of course, only you know if this is right for you and your baby, but I just wanted to say that it's been so very helpful for me.
