Domperidone Dosage Amount

So I know that we talk about Domperidone on here quite a bit and I have yet another question. I was getting it with a prescription compounded and they were giving me 20mg capsules. To save money, I started ordering it from Inhousepharmacy. These are 10mg pills. From what I read on Kellymom, the dosage should be 10mg 3 times a day. When I was taking the compounded capsules, I was barely making enough milk (and some days not enough). Am I taking a lower dosage now and should I expect my supply to drop?
Unfortunately, I cannot ask the Dr. who originally prescribed it for me, because they claim they don't know enough about this medicine and that it should only be used for 2 weeks.
Are any of you mama's also Doctors who are knowledgeable about this medicine?

I'm pretty sure up to 120-160mg is considered safe. So, I would increase the dosage until your supply is sufficient then you may be able to take a little less and still maontain the same supply.

Here is an article by Dr. Jack Newman about how to use domperidone for lactation. I started on 60mg a day and I currently take 90mg a day.
