Breastmilk is the best nipple cream I've tried

. Between DS3's horrible latch and tongue tie, my nipples were cracked and bleeding... rubbing some expressed breastmilk on them and letting it air dry healed them much quicker than the creams I tried with DS2.

Coconut oil. It also has some germicidal properties to help prevent or treat thrush.
