Often. She only started slowing down at the 6 month mark. Now we go about 3 hours inbetween instead of 2. Good luck!

Yes, my ds is 5 months and he nurses through the day. I don't even look at the clock but probably every 2 hours on average. Totally normal!

My little guy is five months and nurses every two hours during the day sometimes doesn't even make it two hours.

At night I get one two hour stretch, if I'm lucky. He's usually up every hour. I think he's trying to kill me. .

My 4 month old goes 4 hours between feedings. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bed.
You said you have an oversupply of milk. That is causing the gas and the short stretches. We worked through this about a month ago. Your LO is getting too much foremilk because of your oversupply and not enough hindmilk. This causes lots and lots of gas I assume? Try offering only 1 breast per feeding. If you are already only offering 1 breast then offer that same breast for the next feeding. This will decrease your milk supply. Your LO will then be less gassy and will be able to go longer stretches not screwing up the naps. Check out LLL website on hyperlactation.

At 5 months, 2 of mine were just moving from 3.5hrs to every 4, and the preemie was still at 3.5hr intervals. All were on 4 hours by 6 months. I did dreamfeeds with mine until 10 months of age but other than that they went 11P-7A without eating by 10 weeks.
