Hypnobabies

DH and I did the home study course when we were expecting DS. It helped immensely in the beginning stages of labor. I was GBS+, so I had to lay in bed and receive antibiotics every two hours. It was very relaxing and helpful to listen to the CDs while laying down. I was really able to zone out. By the time I hit transition though; Hypnobabies had gone far out the window. To be entirely honest, I don't think we were as committed to using it properly as we could have been. That said, we'll be refreshing our Hypnobabies skills in preparation for our newbie. We don't have time to take the Bradley classes and Hypnobabies is better than nothing.
