Well, I love the names Isla and Maeve both are classic, but neither lends itself to nicknames.

Never heard of many naming a girl Mercy and in this thread there's two already, and I'll be the third. If this baby is a girl, she'll be Mercy Alyssa.

But back to the OP question,

My daughter's name is Felicity, and we call her Lissy for short.

Charlotte is cute as Lottie.
