Congrats!!!

My ob (an avid sushi lover) told me that cooked is fine but to avoid raw. Typically I follow those orders, but a couple days ago, dh and I went to a reputable sushi restaurant and I did eat 1 uncooked roll. Everything I've read says that it's more how it's stored, etc... is what's most important. For instance, I would never, ever consider eating sushi at a buffet style restaurant during pregnancy. I'm pretty picky anyway. Pregnant women in Japan eat it on a regular basis.
