I love that as a first name! I think whether kids hate or love their names isn't entirely up to us. I hated my first name because it was so common. There were always at least 2 other Jennifers wherever we went. I now go by a pretty silly sounding nickname (at least as silly as Honey, and no it isn't Jenn) because I like that it's fun and unique. So I say go for it!

I was thinking the same thing . Stage name for a.... dancer. I could see using it as a middle name, but I wouldn't use it as a first name. And this comes from someone who loves unusual names.

I know a girl named Honey and its weird. Men who wouldn't normally refer to her as honey as a sweet nickname feel odd calling her by her real name. People are always asking her if its a joke when she says her name is Honey.

Thanks, Mama. My mom always called me a blue daisy and my middle name is Desiree, so that's why I was gonna use it. But I don't know if I can cuz Beyonce gets on my nerves, lol.

I think i'm over the name. My friend was talking to me about her 'grandma honey' today and I just thought it sounded so cute, but it's really only cute on little girls and old ladies! Haha. Oh well. On to another name!
