Relactate is it possible for me?

I quit nursing my son about 1 month ago when he turned 10 months old. I slowly weaned until I wasn't feeling full anymore so probably over the course of 6 wks? Howver I'm feeling very guilty over it especially cuz he's already had his 1st ever ear infection now and we just discovered at the Er that his heart is slightly enlarged. We go back to the dr tomorrow about his heart and SE what they say the next step is but I'm really thinking I should relactate if I can and give him my immunity. Problem is I don't respond well to the pump to begin with and I am only able to squeeze one tiny drop from the right side. Do u think it's possible and what do I need to buy or do? I have an Ameda double breast pump & mothers milk specil blend pills that I started taking today- do u think Dom would work?? Sorry I'm just scared and feeling terrible guilty!

It may work! If you want to try I say go for it. You need to pump or nurse every 2 hours around the clock until you get your supply back. Fwiw, I would def try dom.
