If your kids have iPads

What are their current fav apps?

It's been a few weeks since I've seen anything new & awesome to buy for my 3 yr olds iPads.

Their all time favs that they go to the most on their own have been Toca apps, Meet Millie books, Cozmo, Juno apps, Seuss band, a couple different tangram apps, mosaic HD, and the Bartleby books.

WATCH Disney Junior
Crayola apps (so cool!)
Misc. toddler educational apps - music, flash cards, etc.

Movies - we have Toy Story 1, 2 & 3 on our iPads, and our 2.5 year old navigates through them.

iMarker... love Crayola!!

They have other apps too, that don't require it. One takes an image/picture, and turns it in to a coloring book page. It's amazing too see what they color the dog, the living room, their favorite doll, pics of mommy & daddy... think the end of Toy Story & Barbie saying, "She's an artist!" to Prospector Pete, lol!!

Another is a "facemaker."

We also bought a bunch of styluses on eBay. They're cheap, and everywhere: purse, car, and many spares in case they go missing. DD has a xylophone app & uses the styli/styluses as drumsticks, sometimes uses the in an Elmo app to do puzzles.

Re: If your kids have iPads

My 6 year old uses the ipad a lot, he's profoundly autistic so I would think a lot of what he likes would be appropriate. I will try to limit this to a top 20 list

Bob's Books
First Words Deluxe by learning touch
Sight Words by Rock n Learn
Super Why!
Monkey Preschool Lunchbox
Reading Eggs Sight Words
Speech with Milo apps
First Letters by Learning touch
Dot to dot numbers and letters
Montessori counting board by grasshopper apps
monkey mathschool sunshine
1-20 balloons--just got this but he seems to like it so far
Match it Up apps
Preschool memory match by darren murtha
shape builder
smoky the train
color slaps
miss spiders tea party

I'm going to check out the crayola apps. I was looking to find a few more before our long flight

Re: If your kids have iPads

Any of the apps by duck duck moose are good. We have almost all of thema dnonly fish school has been a total flop here.
Tozzle - huge hit with both my 2 yr old and almost 5 yr old (even thou dd2 hasn't been playing it much lately so she might be outgrowing it now)
Phone4kids - ds loves this one
Rocketbird
Scoops
Feed Me by pencilbot my older girls love, ds isn't quite ready for it yet.
Touch and Write by fizzbrain - my younger 2 LOVE practicing their letters with this app but hate pretty much every other app that does letter writing

I have tons more apps on my ipad for the kids but these are the ones that come first to mind.
