About a month ago i did a trade. I sent my package and never received mine! I have tried emailing the other party several times. The messages are being seen but ignored! She had great feedback. Is there anything I can do?

I mean mod not admin.... u didn't do any $ exchange via paypal? If u did u can file to get $ back. I feel 4 u. I have been there but I try to do person to person to get or dc#s or paypal if lots of $....

no $ was exchanged so no pp. I sent her dc but never received one. I was new then and had no feedback where she had 23 and 100%! It does suck! how do i contact an admin?
