Registered as a business

I was curious how many of you have registered your business? Did you do it as a sole proprietorship or as an LLC? Thanks.

LLC, but mainly because of the liability issues with making baby slings.

Re: Registered as a business

Thanks. I was wondering which one I should do. It didn't seem like the LLC is too much more expensive, and I'd really prefer that our personal assets not be at risk. I was planning on making items like blankets, quilts, dresser knobs, stuffed animals, burp cloths, hooded towels....No clothes, slings, or diapers.
