Users post but their post count is still 0?

I was in the FSOT and I noticed someone who had registered a few years ago and while reading their thread their post count was 0. They responded on their own FSOT thread and they still have 0 post count. Do the FSOT post not count?

I noticed one other person who responded to the FSOT thread and they too have a 0 post count even though I'm LOOKING at their posts and they also registered 3 or more years back. So I'm really confused. What is going on?

I went back to check a few hours later and they still have 0 post count.

Posts in fsot do not count.

Correct fsot as well as introductory posts do not count towards the post count, only posts on active forum threads
