When selling diapers are the shipping prices included in the listing? Or is it assumed it will be on top of the price asked?

Most sellers specify if something is PPD (postage included) or item is $ plus shipping. Most people do list items as PPD, meaning postage included in the price you see. When in doubt, just ask the seller.
