Need help for a rental in Tempe area

I know Phoenix is close by but to avoid commuting in traffic Tempe would be best. My sister is relocating to AZ late Oct/ early Nov and having trouble finding a privately owned house or condo that is 2-3 bedrooms and will accept dogs. She'd rather rent in an HOA and avoid a mangement company (as the monthly rent is usually higher). I can only think of the newspaper and craigslist. What other resources are out there in that area? TIA!

My parents are moving to Tempe in a week!
I'm excited for them, as prices in CA explode!!
I'm thinking of checking out Sedona myself, if you have any comments?
So far it seems like rentals are the big thing there, my parents will be in a nice condo style rental right down the street from the Whole foods
But I have to say the housing looks nice and clean
