Re: can you wear your baby after a c section?
I didn't try to for months after having my daughter, and even then I didn't feel right so I didn't wear her.

Re: can you wear your baby after a c section?
Ring Sling maybe the second week and a woven [Didymos] with a Tibetan Backcarry as soon as I could tie it snug enough.
![]() I definitely recommend getting a woven wrap. Lifesaver! I still use it and kiddo is 20 months old now. |

Re: can you wear your baby after a c section?
I used the moby right when we got home, so about 1 week postpartum. Tied double around my waist, the little bit of pressure actually felt supportive and good.

I wore DS2 in the Moby at the hospital while walking around. It gave me hands free to support myself if needed, while still holding my needy little boy.

Re: can you wear your baby after a c section?
I used a ring sling in the hospital and a Wrapsody stretchy wrap as soon as we got home. The stretchy wrap was very comfortable and I liked how it helped to support my abdomen.

Ring sling for sure! I used one 7 days pp and would recommend it for sure since you can easily sit down with the baby. I used the Moby too but found it a little more difficult, plus it was really hot!

I used my moby at about a week pp. I used a peanut shell pouch and a RS from about 2 weeks. The ergo was too much pressure on my stomach for awhile... Maybe 2-3 months. As long as you fee comfortable, I see no reason why you can't wear baby
. Now I waited about 4 months before I started wearing my then 3 yo again.
