What items would you have on your Christmas/Holiday list if you could only get things for the kitchen?

I am thinking name an item that you want that is expensive and one that is relatively cheap.

Mine would be:
Expensive - an Electrolux mixer with attachments

Cheap - Julia Child's Art of French Cooking cookbooks

Expensive - really high quality roasting pan (I just use a 9x13 pyrex)
Not expensive - multiple kitchen wetbags with snap handles

Cheaper: Unpaper towels

I think my practical/inexpensive wish would be this, the KitchenAid Flex Edge Beater.

I love this flex edge beater! It's so awesome especially with all of my cookie, cupcake, and dessert making for the holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inexpensive- New cookie sheets- mine are terrible looking and lopsided
expensive- Brevele One touch Tea maker and tea supplies from Teavana

I have the Calphalon stainless steel roaster with non-stick v rack and I use it at least once a week, more often in winter. It is truly awesome. Still perfect after 3 years of hard labor.

I looked at the All-Clad (this is what I use) but for the money Calphalon was just as good, maybe better.
