I love the Anchor Hocking glass storage with glass lids. They are squared so they fit very nicely in the fridge. I use their glass water pitcher as well, which also has a glass airtight lid with a silicone gasket.

Expensive: bread maker

Affordable: (sounds so silly I know but as a professionally trained chef of 13 yrs I still don't own any...) WIRE COOLING RACKS,

I seriously think I want those rack even more than the bread maker! I do things all the time I wish I had racks for!
