Please share your favorite muffin recipe!

I know strawberry wasn't in your list, but you could sub blueberry for strawberry and orange for lemon - it is delicious both ways! They're super moist and the most delicious homemade muffin I've ever had. I use all freshly ground whole wheat flour, skip the sugar, and use sucanat instead. I want to say I also used about 50% more strawberry than the recipe calls for, but I chopped them very, very small so there weren't big soggy chunks in the muffin.

Ooh I love Oh She Glows, just did her banana bread recipe as muffins and they are amazing!!! I also tried her carrot spice, my fam wasn't crazy about em but I messed up my carrot amount and left one out by accident. My SIL on the other hand has such success with that one that she frosted em with cream cheese icing and served em at dn's bday and they were all gone! They are VEGAN! )crept for the cc frosting of course) so perhaps my left out carrot was why my fam wasn't nuts for them? Pretty amazing for a whole wheat vegan muffin with carrots in it!

I love love love this recipe. I never make the topping. You can make whatever healthy substitutions. I usually use half wheat flour and coconut milk.

Just be sure to remember that the flour measurement (12 1/2 oz) is by weight, not by volume.
